coool, at least it works... u got a bluetooth gps i take it ?
(i got one too, but to lazy to try it out lol)
with all due respect hollowman, it is good to test out these programs before putting into you unit, i am sick and tired of going back and forth testing in the unit only to have to pull the sd card out and back to the comp to download more and figure it out.

What is your real problem?
No sex , car impounded ,beer not cold enough ? ....
Just to clear some things up for you :
1. it is simply impossible to test all software we offer here on all possible devices !
2. sometimes a program just won't work 100% on your device because it was never meant to run on it - check the manufacturer's homepage.
3. the programs here are offered for free and we make no money at all ,we simply try to help other users.
If you can't understand this ,or if you don't like that :
Stop complaining and and buy the software you need - than you can spend weeks to sort your problems with the manufacturer or some lazy shop assistant.
Noone forces you to download anything from here!
There are users in this forum that are happy and thankful for the help they get ,so maybe it is time that you buy the software ,test it a couple of weeks and offer it yourself
But before you upload make sure you teted it on really every single device out there - lol
You used other software from here before and to get it going ,so I really don't understand what's upsetting you now
Everything you got was for free and that is still not good enough?

With all due respect viper000, if i had the power to ban you from this forum, i would.
Are you joking or being serious ? I put these apps here for free and take my my time to do it (my own time) and you have the hide to come here and tell me to test them all.
YOU ARE SO STUPID !
Thanks Downunder, I was going to blast him but you beat me to it lol
I really suggest that if someone needs a guarantee that a software is working he should buy it !
If it is not working 100% he can get the money back.
When I get something for free I can't claim a refund and I'm happy if someone is around to help me make it work - but some ppl just can't be pleased ,even if it is free

To HOLLOWMAN and DOWNUNDER35
Gentelmen, you may have misread my post, firstly i am more than greatfull to both of you for all your hard work and replies, i recognise you and many others immensely for your tiresome work to allow us to use these products.
What i was trying to say is that regarding using a wince emulator, it is better to test first using the emulator, sometimes as you both have suggested that it does not work at first, you might have to re-install, yes?, so by using the emulator you don't have to go back and forth, and that is what i'm sick of, not you guys and the way you advise on how or what to do, you pretty much attacked me without asking me to clarify and maybe didn't look at what the reply quote was regarding ( the emulator).
Now, having said that, i have downloaded a wince 5 emulator from microsoft and tried some of these progs out, guess what? they didin't work on the emulator but they did work on the car 2 din stereo, i'm not that computer literate but i'm not that dumb, so the moral of this story? if you don't succed at first, try try again ( that is puting it on the sd card and back into the stereo unit).
Now i see where you guys misunderstood and rightly so in a way, the part where i said it was "good to test out before putting into the unit", instead it should have said " it is good to test out on the emulator before putting into the unit" as the quote was in reply to the emulator post.
i have no grudges to both of you because i should have taken a little more time in explaining in a little more detail, but maybe look at what i was replying too, which was the posts numbers 41 and 43 between warrawee and hollowman and the reply quote?.

i have no probs with sex and my car is not impounded and i don't drink beer...lol
thanks for your concern though.
you know you shouldn't rubbish people till you find out whats really going on, and if you have a damned good look you'll see, and i quoted from another post that hollowman replied to regarding the emulator program.
i was refereing to using the emulator program to test out before putting into the gps unit, again, people like you are quick to condemn without following the conversation, i never do that, because no matter what, it's their argument and i don't butt into others arguments.
p.s, i have given as well as taken, maybe not on here (which i would like to as i have a navman with 3 years free maps and the program) but on others, and i point to this site for others on another site.
ok point taken viper....
i have to be honest with you, i never used a emulator, i just heard that people can use them ... i agree that emulators are not that good or not as good as the real thing....
you are right, writting can come across incorrectly without a tone of voice or body language, thats the problem with forums.....
anyway, it just sounded like u wanted me/us to test on all devices before posting....
(i guess this is why it takes up to 10 years to execute the accused of a crime in USA) lol
anyway, back to the subject of sygic.....
thank god for democracy...lol
no probs and no hard feelings towards anyone, anyway, i have to commend you on showing some pics of where some files should go, it's a bit daunting for some of us that don't know where things should be, as sometimes again like me you try and explain and maybe some get confused, i respond to pics better as many novices of gps apps probably do.
again, thanks to you and downunder35.
regards to all.

I'm struggling getting the working on my Window Mobile HTC P3600 (trinity) device. It doesn't detect the internal GPS device. I've tried both autodectect and set the com and baud to what works in other apps.
I have run TomTom and Route66 without issue but liked the look of Sygic and would like to try and resolve the problem.
I know in some systems (TomTom included) you have to set the device type as well as the com settings, is there a setting for this in Sygic?
Thanks in anticipation of all your help.
sometimes it takes ages to connect to any satellites.... i think a while ago it happend to me... it looked like it wasn't working, but it actaully was, it just took forever... just try and keep your phone outside in a clear view of the sky for 10 to 20min ....see how you go.... there is no reason why it shouldn't work when other apps do!
