You can do a Factory Reset, (is this what you want to do ?)

This can be done with your remote control,

just look for "Factory Reset" (or something like that in a setup menu)

You will be warned that you will loose all your configuration data, (including bouquet's, services, satellite data....)

If you select yes, After completion of Factory Reset, your receiver will restart Automatically,

You will then have a clean Image, & you will be prompted to configure you dreambox from scratch, Like LNB settings, Language settings, Video settings etc

    Good Luck

This is an old Gemini Image Tutorial, (so your set up will not be the same) but similar with some different settings

Thanks for your reply. I think I did not make myself clear enough.
What I need is the command line to be able to Reload Settings after having sent the channel list to my dreambox.
I know that it can be easily done with Dreamboxedit and other Settings Tools but I would really like to know the telnet command if one exists.

You'd have to prevent a graceful enigma shutdown as that would overwrite your changed files with whatever was in memory. I.e killall -9 enigma does the trick (it autorestarts).
