Default Firmware Upgrade for Strong SRT-4910

Does anyone know how to upgrade the firmware for this box?
I've seen online that their is newer firmware for the Strong srt4910 receiver.
I found the file on the web (srt4910_104p.stb) but don't know how to
install it. On the menu for firmware updates it just lists
000.000.000.000 which i assume is an ip address to get the update. I
have connected the receiver to my network so its online but what ip address
do I use to get the box updated?
Is there another way since I have the file on a usb key?

If you've got that STB file on your usb key just plug the usb into the slot on the box, go to System setting and then click Data transfer, and upload it.

I tried that already - in the data transfer section it actually only copy's your current firmware to the stick so you can transfer the file to another receiver. Their is no option there to upload a file. Any other suggestions?
Is the new firmware I'm trying to load (srt4910_104p.stb) the right file format or the latest file I should be trying to update this box anyway?
Do you know the ip address in the firmware update setting? Does such an address exist?

    Go to settings - USB.

If the firmware isn't compatible it won't load.
Tried all firmware's I could find but they won't load.

None as it doesn't load, aussie box is different, I assume its something to do with the terrestial settings.
If anyone would like to prove me wrong a P.M. would be nice.
If only the technomate 6900HD super 674p firmware would load.
Looks like strong firmware & has some real attractive features.
Any guru like to merge the two?? without loosing the terrestial settings for Australia??

The official version thus far is 100, installation directions please see
Version 104 may be for African box?, both seem incompatible
Had no probs loading version 100 from a usb stick when i initially tried the box
Have you a link to the 104 site?
And i would only be too pleased to throw in a slab of beer for any one who could make the Strong compatible with Technomate (thats 3 slabs inclusive including above members?) and if you lived near 3193 may lend you the box to have a play with (Gurus Only)

Still no joy, must be the terrestial + PVR feature making it incompatible.

No glitches here using a fun.

Strong have missed a great chance to make this a multimedia player through the USB Drives and network play back of Meg 2 and other video formats . It also corrupts USB hard drives too easily and it cant recover them .Of to a PC to fix.

    Other wise I like it.

If its a USB hard drive were talking about take it to a PC and run chkdsk /F in repair mode .

Be careful to power down the box to stand by then turn power off when connecting or disconnecting the USB Hard drive or it will corrupt .
