Is a F()xte|_ sat sub card currently splitable with off-the-shelf spliters? Either wired or wireless, doesn't really matter.

To the best of my knowledge, no.
To do that, you would need to have the NDS encryption available in the splitter, and methinks that is a hurdle yet to be overcome.
Not to be confused with card sharing.
