Smargo and gamma cards???

i have a dreambox with 3 smargo readers and gamma cards, in the newcs web panel the cards are recognised fine, i know the cards are working as i have tried them in a non linux receiver, but im getting bad ECM from every card, could anyone help me work out why please

i have captured this from putty telnet client after restarting newcs

yep in europe these cards have a premium price, i also believe they are a different chip to the gamma cards you have, as australian gamma cards wont work in europe, so any advice would be great to get them going in the smargo readers

I see 3 x IR2 1.4 Gammas in readers ready to go but no client logins.
Check your N lines and make sure your Users and ports are correct.

the logins were removed before i posted, but they are there

when zapping to a channel, it reports (NOT OK) when sending the ECM, yet in a non linux receiver, the cards clear the channels fine

i think its something to do with the smargo talking to the card, but i dont know what
