Default Humax Power Supply Repair required

My Uncle has a Humax Sat Decoder (5400 or 5410 model) with a faulty power supply.

What do members reckon about going about to get this fixed??

Unfortunately he is a bit of a tight arse (even tho I reckon he has plenty of $) but I still love him.

He is open to any / all options at the moment.

    Many thanks in advance

I picked up the Uncles box a couple of weeks ago and the bugger of a thing will not fail now??

Noticed 1 electro cap with a small bubble so I will replace that -

Is it worth doing anything else?
