Are you able to input APID, VPID and PCR into your sat receiver? If you blind scan C1 you will not find it otherwise.

Optus D3 (so you will need a 10700, or a universal LNB)

    12136 V 27800

no need to input pids, these days it usually scans straight in,

    Good Luck

    Thanks to both.

Do I still have to change lnb to 10700?
Get it on Sat 5 , but not in english.
Some said it was a good channel to watch.

You would only need to replace your LNB if you have an 11300 LNB

If you have a Ku Band Universal or 10700 LNB, there is no need to replace it, as either will work for D3 frequencies.

    G'Day Cobber,
All of D3 transponders for Australia are below 12200 and cannot be received with a 11300 LNB.
Just inputting the figure into the STB does not work as the Local Oscillator of the LNB is fixed. The LO frequency is usually written on the LNB and that is what you use in the STB.
Kindest Regards, " the Druid ".

I had my 11300 Lnb on C1 dish for years
Still get the channels as before.
I have 10700, do you advice to change?
If I get the VAST box, Do I need 10700?

If you change to the 10700, you will get C1, D3 and the VAST channels if you qualify for activation.

I'll say it again, the 11300 will not get the D3 Transponders/Channels.

Let's try to simplify this even further.

If you have a 10700 LNB... YES... use it.

AFAIK, you can't add channels to the current UEC VAST decoder.

eg: you can't add aljazeera... it's strictly VAST channels only.

Please let us know if you can.

    G'Day Cobber,
Go to the main forum info page here:-
From there you can select from the various forums:
    From there select a sub-forum,
Then on the lower Nav bar on the left you'll find " New Thread ",
That will open a panel to input your post.

Kindest Regards, " The Druid ".
