There's no onchip USB host or device controller on . You could perhaps bolt on a USB host controller via external bus or synchronous serial port. But even if you did a limited embedded host (no hub or keyboard support etc) you'd have your work cut out implementing the OHCI driver, enumeration and usb storage device class. That's assuming you could sort out initialisation issues with uboot and squeeze it all into the available memory. ie it'd be doable but not trivial. If it was just a matter of a few resistors and a USB socket then DMM would certainly have done it
It looks like the DM800 has a USB port if you're desperate
