by any chance someone have a service manual for model WFS1071BW whirlpool f/load washing machine.
on all cycles pump will activate for a short period & then the wash light will come on green, door lock light is red & start pause flashes.

    Hi,
Just wondering if you have had any luck with this problem, as my machine is doing the same thing.

    Default Whirlpool f/l washer WFS1071BW

    Hi Omega99
Thanks for the manual, the codes are (in Englishese) & not of much use without to self test procedure. I'm an electrician & have changed everything except the inlet valves on this machine, & still the same fault. I put 240V straight to the inlet valves & they operated OK, replaced control mod. door interlock & pressure switch, removed the heater & connected 240v it's OK. Removed plastic bag from drain sump, with coins, undid all the wiring loom & checked for a broken wire, AND borrowed a motor(slightly different numbers on motor, from a similar machine though)-tacho metered the same} from a friend, changed still the same !!! Hair pulling time passed a long time age.
Have you found out anything ?
