Not getting CNN and a few other channels on 119

Hi,

I got my dreambox and have international channels on one satellite and english on 119 echostar7. When the installer was over we asked him specifically about CNN and it was working then, after that he was programing the international channels. When I checked the next day CNN and many of the other channels were not working on 119 like TBS, but the FOOD network and HGTV are working. It seems that I am not able to get channels on some TP like 19 and get them on other tp.

I have done auto scan and a manual scan on a specific tp, and that did not help, I only got duplicates of the channels that are working, what else should I do?

There could be many things causing your problem. You can waste many hours trying different things recommended here. My recommendation is that you get the installer back in to fix your problem.

I got it to work, I just had to do a manual scan on each frequency I needed. I was doing a manual scan before but not changing the frequency.
Hope this helps anyone else in the future.
