Default Adding additional satellites to DM500S

For the life of me, I cant figure out how to add extra satellites into the DM500S menu. I amusing the nonstandard user defined configuration and the receiver only has Optus C1/D3 as the only satellite in the drop down menu. The receiver is flashed with open PLI.

Can someone explain how to add additional satellites? I've tried using the yellow button, when in the drop down box, but nothing happens when I press it?

what image ?? can you download a satellite xml file through the blue pannel?? don't forget the reboot enigma following the install....
    or
You could manually FTP and new satellite xml into var/etc ...
    or
just do a manual scan and pin in the homing Tp with network search on and don't worry what the satellite name is...
