    Default Weird reception problem

    Hi Guys,

I have a weird problem. Upgraded my lnb recently to MTI dual to run 2 dreams. Everything works perfectly good signal strength, however only on one transponder 12478 H 27800 (C1) signal jumps from 0 to 80% and back to 0. Basically reception on that transponder is really bad. Tried different boxes without luck. I use Gemini 3.6 image. There is no problem with signal on Humax.
To make things even more complicated after adjusting transponder to 27801 then back to 27800 fixes the problem for couple of hours.
This problem occurs on both decoders

Have you tried twisting your lnb slightly? That's usually the cause of what you are describing.

Yes I tried that yesterday. Found the strongest point (7) on on the clock. Worked for a while then back again

You might try changing (either or both) the transponder frequency and the SR by a few percent. It sounds like the system is on the edge of 'capture'.
