    Cool

    By default Z1 is entry/exit delay 1 - partial - forced arming
    Z2 is entry/exit delay 1 - partial - chime - forced arming

By default the only E/E delay zone on all NX/Reliance panels is Zone 1 (Type 3) Zone 2 is always default to handover (Type 7). Zone 2 requires reprogramming if it's to be E/E.

madaz, unless you know the program code (or it's default) you're unlikely to be able to do it.

If you do happen to know, then do the following

    *8 [CODE] 0#
    16#*3*#
    [EXIT][EXIT]

If you do this and accidently press a button wrong loosing your place and break something, you're on your own completely.

It seemed odd to me too but I've just checked & my manual definitly says
    Z1 - 1 & Z2 - 3

That's odd. Perhaps it's an odd manual with US defaults? I've never actually seen an NX/Reliance with both zone 1&2 as E/E by default. They've all been 1 E/E and 2 as handover.

    Default My Manual says.....

    SEGMENTS 1-8 1 3 16 16 16 16 16 16

"1" ENTRY / EXIT DELAY 1: Partial - Forced Arming – A trip will start entry delay 1. This zone will be active in partial mode. This zone type may be faulted while arming if forced arming is enabled in Options.

"3" ENTRY / EXIT DELAY 1: Partial - Chime - Forced Arming – A trip will start entry delay 1. This zone will be active in partial mode. This zone type may be faulted while arming if forced arming is enabled in Options. This zone type will set the code pad chime if set via the code pad [Chime] key.

So both are E/E as default.
