    Default Ness IP Control

    Evenin'

I'm looking at a way to arm/disarm or check on the status of my ness system from android, or iOS. Can't seem to find any IP control systems.

    Has anyone heard of anything?

Depends on your panel, I use a Ness M1G, and I can fully monitor and control it via pc/android/iPhone. Great system!

You should ask in the ness forums on their website.

    Default Ness iComms Application

You might want to take a look at Ness iComms application via iTunes

Should you think it suitable, I am more than happy to assist with a demo or set up assistance.

    Regards,

    Shane

Make sure you have 'Use Packet Data' turned on.

I can confirm it works over 3G fine.

Don't forget you need to port forward the port in your router.

You may need to contact your ISP on how to set up port forwarding or check out this site that may help:

Shane, is a M1 version in the works? As the current offerings for M1 apps on google is pretty poor.

    Cheers

    Hello,

There is a M1 version coming soon for Android.

You should see it sometime next year. (2013)
