Default NX12 randomly calling on disarm

I recently programmed an NX12 panel for a client with Domestic Dialling reporting to a mobile number. I disabled all reporting features except Feature 9, Segment 1, Option 1 (report Alarm conditions). The problem is the panel randomly calls the mobile after being disarmed via a keyfob connected to a third-party receiver through a "keyswitch" zone (not a DAS receiver connected to the keypad bus). The panel doesn't go into alarm (nothing in the memory), but still calls the mobile (only after disarming, never on arming). This doesn't always happen - it may go a week without calling, then starts calling again. I haven't had a chance to go back and connect the laptop to upload the history log. Has anyone else had this problem?

As mentioned in my original post, ALL reporting options have been turned off except Feature 9, Seg 1, option 1 (report Alarms).

On an NX, a keyswitch user is User 99. Are open/close reports for this user turned on by default? If so, this doesn't explain why the calls occur randomly only on disarm, and never on arming.

^ thats why i dont and never will do domestic dial.
You now have an issue and have to return at your cost to rectify the issue.
May be worth checking its not a "Cancel" code going through to monitoring.

The fact that it is random seems to indicate a 'cancel code'. Can you ask the client to check the alarm memory every time it dials to see if an alarm had occurred while they were out? Otherwise, default the panel and reprogram it just to be sure.
