Esprit 738 Default

Have a locked Esprit 738 i wont to unlock

have a chip from a 738 with a dud dialler that isnt locked thought i could just change chips but that isnt the case interestingly without the main chip in the board it still lets you go in and out of programming and view data stored in the locations so the data must be stored on the board

any ideas

Anyone have a 738 Express V3.10 Board thats not installer locked they want to flog off
