    I personally prefer TomTom.. If you have d/l the version i uploaded ages ago i would suggest you do a search as there have been a few updates since that and its probably in your interest to grab the newer maps and pois etc.

    NavnGo8.rar which contains all the required files
    NavnGo_Australia8_R14_071017.rar which is the Australia Map for NavnGo

    Download these two rar files and once you get them both, unrar them to your hard disk in a folder of your choice, once there unrared you should have these folders
    2577
    iGO8
    and also the Australia8_R14_071017 map on its own

    move the map into the following folder iGO8contentmap

    Get your SD card and put it in your card reader or whatever you use and copy these two folders over to the ROOT folder on your SD card.

    Put SD card back in your PDA and it should automatically start up and ask you to install the program, just follow instructions for installation.

    Hi taty1, i have stopped using this program and have got myself a tomtom, but if you did everything as i mentioned in the post it should have worked 1st go.

    The maps and navcore that i have posted are old and there are newer ones available if you do a search on this forum, sorry i cant be of much help but im sure if you grab the newer map and navcore and give that a go you should be able to get it going and if you still have problems im sure there are users that are more than willing to help out.

    What is your screen resolution and what is in your sys.txt?
    You might need a data.zip that matches your resolution.

    Try here:
    substitute n a v i t o t a l for #########

    near the bottom of the page under heading "OTHER"

    Don't unzip.
    try putting this in your sys.txt

    [rawdisplay]
    class="landscape"
    screen_x=400
    screen_y=800
