Console has not been modded, 100% safe on XBL, can be modded if you so wish to later however...

Note: Halo and Halo 2 are Xbox Original games that can be played on the Xbox 360 with an Xbox 360 HDD, check for very cheap X360 HDD's.

EDIT: The Kinect device is also included in the sale, can't believe I forgot to mention that. lol
