    Default Please insert SD card with IGO content

    Hi all, I successfully installed iGO my way (Australia) v8.4.2 on my Android device (Galaxy S2). Suddenly my S2 died and I bought a used S2 in pristine condition. I tried installing iGO a few times on the new S2 (on SD card just like the previous one), but each time I try to start the application, I get the message "Please insert SD card with IGO content"

    Help please!!

    Try adding the following to your sys.txt;

    [folders]
    sdcardpath="\SD Card\IGO"
    has_secondary_root=0 ; do not search for other igo8 distributions

    If that doesn't work, you are probably not using the correct name for the sd card.

    Thanks jwoegerbauer, but that message still comes up. I tried installing it on the main device and it works.

    I know its an old post but thought this might be of help

    Last year i also had something similar with IGO primo, it went in a circle, it would ask me to re set the route/path of the Primo EXE file and when I did, it would repeat asking for the route of the Primo EXE file. I ended getting 2 new micro cards, copied across the whole IGO primo folder to the new card and re set the path of the Primo EXE file and have not had a problem since.

    not saying you have the same issues but if you’ve tried everything, maybe worth a go and get a new card and see if that works
