DVR Card for Wireless Camera Receiver?

Hey guys i just bought a new wireless camera set atm i only have 1 camera on the channel which can support more... Anyways i was wondering if the following device would allow me to view live content being streamed from the camera as it has the rca jacks unlike the dvr cards i am seeing on ebay

Can someone suggest anything and what software i can use?

This is the adapter i am thinking of using to plug into my pc and then record content from the camera to.
