Default Panasonic DMREH68

Anyone know if the hard drive in this unit can be upgraded?

It comes factory with a 320GB drive, but previous expeditions to upgrade these Panasonic machines with larger drives has resulted in tears..

So, I am wondering if this new machine is any different or if Panasonic are still being difficult!
