Thumbs down my theatre is a bunch of crap

hi guys, i purchased my theatre from the dvb core site for $40 us ,ive just learnt that it wont decode mpeg4 sat unless you buy then download the additonal codecs for it why dont they say that on there website instead of ripping people off theres that many codecs on there it would cost a fortune to buy them all thenm youve got to know what your downloading what type codec and where it goes ,im put in for a refund through paypal as items not described and working ,thanks hamguy2 nsw

Perhaps you should try posting here before you go off half cocked.

Moved to the Sound/Visual/Digital Multimedia forum. I would suggest trying to learn a bit about what you are complaining about. It seems most things you buy end up in a paypal dispute.

Perhaps you should have followed their advice : NOTE: I strongly recommend try MyTheatre before buy.

Downloading the free trial version of any software before buying it is recommended. But I also dont see it mentioned anywhere that you have to buy codecs for it.

So do you have to send the software back lol, or have you got yourself a freebie, you just have to get the codec's and you are laughing.
