Default Whats The Best Recorder

Hi i am looking at buying a dvd recorder with built in hd tuner and hard drive anyone got a recommended or favourite one.

they are all pretty much, not the friendliest things i have had to deal with.
if you must get one decide what you want it to do. Can you burn to disc, can you copy discs? Is the HD easily replaced? (they often die due to dust intake)
Will the missus & kids be able to operate it?
I haven't seen one with a built in HD tuner. Do they exist? I haven't been looking out for them. google says yes, 576p for HD from LG. (shakes head)
