Digital Radio.........T-DAB & DRM

Mr Administrator,

Digital DAB has been on the air in Sydney and Melbourne for the last few years mainly on UHF channel 9A re-broadcasting their respective AM and FM markets on an experimental basis. In Sydney, currently 19x stations are on the air.

With the DAB officially commencing in the first quarter of next year, shouldn't a "Digital Radio" forum be commenced?

The proposed "Digital Radio" forum would also cover DRM (Digital Radio Mondaile), the worldwide "digital shortwave" system currently in use with about 100 transmission sites around the world and the digital radio system proposed for outback Australia.
