Can someone explain why my code insert isn't word wrapping here?

It wont wrap because it's between code tags.
If you want more than one line use a carrige return.

Thanks Whiteox. Wordwrap was probably not a good choice of wording.

Each line was carriage returned. Like I said it was fine in the preview and I am sure when I had a look briefly after posting it was fine then too. Then I checked later and as you can see it's all one line. I've tried to edit it numerous times as it's hard to read how it is.

Have a look now... I removed the SIZE=2 /SIZE parameter that was on each line and it appears to display OK now.
