Premium Membership Gone

Admin,

Like many others i noticed that my account had vanished, with it Premium Membership.

I then signed up again and emailed you well over a week ago with the proof of payment for Premium Membership but my email seems to have been ignored becuase not only has my status not been changed i did not recieve a response back from you.

The least you could do is respond back to those who financially contribute to this site in a timely manner..

i dont have time to personally reply to 2000 emails that I have dealt with in the last month. i have replied to probably 1500 though which is'nt a bad effort for one person to do on there own

its possible your email has been caught in my spam filter for some reason even though i have looked through 3000 of them this month just in case and i have found about 15 that have mistakenly gone there.

wouldnt you think that if you didnt get a reply and your status hasnt changed that it is very unlikely that i even received your email ????? sorry I am not psychic and can only do what is humanly possible to do.

support @ austech.info seems to be working fine for 99.999999999% of members so i will ask that you send your information there. i dont know where you have sent your other email but that is where email goes from our contcat link at the bottom of the page. the longest anyone has waited to have a support issue dealt with is 2 days even when it has involved sitting up until 3 am to answer them

No, the email WAS sent to support@austech.info and it didn't bounce. I guess i will have to redo what i have already redone yet again!

another 25 emails today and none appear to be from you. that includes checking all spam email. i would recommend that you pm me the information i just need the email address you used to pay with paypal.

i searched our paypal database and found your receipt and have upgraded your account from the original donation date

some people you just cant seem to please it seems Paul they are more important about membership than getting the site running again

i have the same problem
i was a premuim member and still my stats havnt updated ,
sad what happend to the site and sad no more prem member lounge
