![]() | Hi there, I just hit the 'new posts' button and I didn't get any new posts. I hit the 'today's posts' button and I get them. I now have discovered why I miss responses to post as lately I've only been selecting 'new posts'! Is this a bug/feature? Leroy |

![]() | G'Day, I think you will find that it more or less works the way it was designed. If you view a post it considers it to be old unless you are subscribed to that thread. Yes, " Today's Posts " are different and exactly that. What would be the point if they both gave the same search result? Been there, done that. Kindest Regards, " The Druid ". ![]() |

![]() | Nah, that's not the reason. Currently showing 3 pages(54 posts) with New Posts. Perhaps a problem with your firewall? |

![]() | G'Day, There was a ZA update in the last 2 days. Necessary due to conflict with MS Windows update #KB951748 affecting Windows 2000/XP causing internet connection problems for the last 2/3 weeks. Your guess would be as good as mine whether this has caused other problems. Kindest Regards, " The Druid ". |

![]() | When you log out vbull reports "all cookies cleared" and if you log in straight away there are no New Posts. So this suggests you have a cookie problem, but I don't really think you have. BUT I do know that if I don't log out and just close the browser and log in on a different PC then my New Posts are still about the same as the first PC ie.. vbull remembers what my New Posts are across different PCs. Someone cleverer than me may have the answer. |

![]() | All I do is like the others say...click "new posts" and they are there. When I have read what I want, I then click the Austech " logo, and scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Mark forums read". Then, when I revisit again, I start at the "new posts" button again. I have it set so it remembers who I am, without the need to login each time. Last edited by viewer : 15-07-08 at 03:40 PM. Reason: was wrong |
