Default Upload times

Have been folding for quite a few years now but have built a new computer and it is a lot faster the problem is my upload speed is not high is it possible to only download upload at a time that won't affect me as I use Voip and it is not good

Did have a look at setup but can't find anything

You could try rate limiting the FAH application so that you have enough bandwidth for voip calls as well? Haven't tried it myself though.

Have a look in your modem, see if there are QoS (Quality of Service) settings. If your modem supports QoS you can setup voip to have the highest bandwidth priority, meaning voip data will always get sent first above the rest.
