Anyone?

What is your newcamd no data timeout ?

I have played with CCcam 2.0.0 and 2.0.4
and cant get you issue repeated...
I was on a channel, all ok, moved a different server, gwm timed out the connection "no data" or the came closed it.... the as soon as I went back to gwm, it connected and pics...

Was you dm auto going to a differnt server ?

I think an old laptop with 128mb of ram may be a bit ambitous for a windows C++ program like GWM.

XP must take forever to boot up with 128m.

Yep...I saw a bloke towing a dual horsefloat with his hyundai excel.

Worked perfect

I even saw a bloke taking his barbecue home on his motorcycle.

Well I have installed Tiny XP on my 128meg laptop. There are a few versions out there and I have installed beast and plat sp2. Beast was very cut down and would not take two wifi adaptors. But plat sp2 is spot on. Runs like win98 did. Boots up quick. I'm even thinking of installing it on 850mhz laptop. Thanks once again fandtm666. Greywolf is in testing stages at moment will let you know how it goes but looks ok so far.

Tiny Xp seemed to run fine but I'm getting a lot of drop outs while watching. Unlike when I had win98se

My main reason for the upgrade to tinyXP was to run this latest version of greywolf due to the fact that I had to have the strong running to update the white card because my dreambox did not. I have found that after the strong cuts out from the too many dropouts about an hr later the dreambox stops running. So I think I must be doing something as the card is not updating or this new version still needs a strong/humax in the mix

the only cam that will help is cccam 2.04-5 nothing else does .so unless you use that cam yes you will need the hummy/strong

as for issues with tiny xp , i have had it running on the beast edition 3 without any issues what so ever

Default Missing Channels

Thought I would have a play with Greywolf for the first time. Works a treat. The only prob I am having is that some channels that will decode normally will not with greywolf. Most work OK but a hand full just won't decode. DM500s evocamd/Newcs1.50. Card reader on PC networked to DM500 just to see how it all worked. Any suggestions to rectify would be appreciated.

All up and running now with winxp and 128meg. I get the greywolf ping out at 8000+ somtimes on a ECM update. Which can cause dropouts sometimes, but over all its fine. Thanks everyone for your help
