NewCS 1.5 and GW863

I would like to setup a home server running newCS1.5 and a white card ,however i understand that updates will not be received so i was wondering if its possible to use virtual serial port software so reader with white card connected to real com port can be shared with NewCS server and gw863 server at the same time. GW863 with humax of course will keep the card updated. Has anyone used this virtual com software and if yes , how did it go?

What you are hoping to achieve is to use all your dreamboxes, yet have a set top with licenced IR cam do the updating...?

Greywolf is the only program ever written to do that.
No need for Newcs.

Best way?

Pc running win2003 server with 5 million cals, all service packs etc.
A Humax 5400 with stock firmware connected via BF430.
All controlled by GW v863b....just the one program is client and server.

prob a newb question.. tho i ve been in the game a long time. Just been taken out by the recent changes..

Though can i ask if this method works with a legit f*x or A*ustar card?

or whitey only?

Have a legit card.. tho curious about CS..

GW only works with Irdeto2 cards and now the only option is white since Austars recent changes.

It's actually an earlier version that was specifically more for BF430/season/Humax combination. You can find it here
