Hi Folks,
Sorry if a stupid question but i'm new to this. I have a TomTom Go 930 that was purchased in Sweden and has original Navcore and maps. Could I use FastActivate on this unit or is the program only for Aussie units? I'm also assuming I need to get the latest Navcore from Tom-tom home first so I can run the later maps?

Thanks, i found the map 937_5913 and deleted all existing files from the internal memory (4GB) and then copied the new map etc over (2.6GB)
I then removed the Tomtom from the PC and reset it hoping to generate the TTGO.bif.
Plugged it back into the PC but could not see TTGO.bif on the root and fastactivate could not find TTGO.bif either??
There is currently no SD card as the unit has sufficient memory (GO 930 with 4GB internal) so I am wondering if I need an SD card for this method to work?

Thanks, I had backed all contents of the TT root to a folder on my desktop prior to deleting. I have now copied these files back over and the TT is working again but with the old maps.

Was I supposed to delete all existing files from the TT root before copying over the new maps etc? this is where I am getting confused.

Generally you just replace maps,poi and speed files. You then run fast activate
