Thread: Submitting missing safety cameras

For those wondering if there is any way to submit a missing/changed safety camera to be added to the official TomTom safety cameras.

I found that there is one safety camera that is over 3 years old in my area that has never appeared in any official camera update.

This is the manual way to . I found this info in the TomTom forums for submitting missing safety cameras but can't see what email to send the missing camera info. Assume just email support?

Alternatively you can use the Live service to submit camera changes via Report Safety Camera under Live Services menu on my TomTom. Since I have a TomTom that does not have instant live services, if I submit a camera change on TomTom via Live Services, it will notify me to uploaded the Safety Camera changes next time I update using TomTom Home. So hopefully they can evaluate the submitted missing/changed cameras and include them in the next official Safety Camera update.

This is the first time I have reported a missing camera, so not sure how long it will take to add to the official camera file.
