Remove old version (or remove at least the files data.chk and Tomtom navigator.exe) Step 2 Choose wich version you want to install and copy that cab file to the root of your memory card. Start the installation on your PDA. Step 3. Activate the map by copying the meta-file from your map to the map "meta keygen\insert_meta_from_Map_here" and then run RunMe8.cmd from the map "meta keygen". Copy the new ".meta.dct" file from the map "meta keygen\insert_meta_from_Map_here" to your card mapkaart-map Step 4. If TomTom is not shown in Today then choose Start => settings => Today => items and find out if TomTom is shown between the items but not checked. If so, check the TomTom item. If its missing completelay then install TT7Today.cab Step 5. If you have no audio n TomTom, then start file explorer on your PDA, got to the Windows map, in the Menu (right below) choose "Show all files", look for BtCoreIf.dll (the dll extention is probably not shown) and rename the file (like BtCoreIf_old). Reset your PDA and a new BtCoreIf.dll file will be made automatically and your sound will be restored. Step 6. Reset your PDA (if not already done) Step 7. Have fun Use the vga for a pda with a display 320 x 240 pixels and qvga for a pda with a display 640 x 480 | |

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | It has to appear somewhere in Program Files or it isn't installed. It will install into a folder called Navigator. To get it on your today screen, go to settings > today > items tab> and tick Tomtom |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Yep, but the installation I downloaded was "unpacked" not using a .cab file. So I can run it but it doesnt appear in program files... To make it appear in program files I have to reinstall it using a .cab file or a ttday file. All the links to v7 .cab files are dead.... arhhh |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hi The_Scotsman, Just a update on this. TT v7.910.9185 seems working fine but it gives "out of memory" sometimes. Any idea to fix this? it would be nice to have .cab file for TT v7.450 ... I didnt have any problem with it except for firing up from a file... |

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Hi All, I have an O2 Zinc running WM6. I have read some people have had sound issues and you need to rename this file: btcorelf.dll Is this the symtoms... I installed TT7 and maps without an issue and registered the map with my deviceid. I then ran TT7 without issues and noticed I had NO sound. Looking at the Sound control under the PDA OS, the PDA sound was off. I moved the slider to FULL but it "sprung" back to minimum.. So, is this the symtoms that renaming the btcorelf.dll file will fixed? If not, any ideas? I have search but cant find anything like what I describe (probably looked in the wrong place)... Any help please |

Rep Power: 23 ![]() ![]() ![]() | Hi RB0135, I didn't have sound as well, just renamed the dll without checking the audio slide position. So can't really confirm your symptoms. Rename the dll, its so easy to do and also you can rename it back if it didn't fix the problem. |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Has any got TT 7.xx running on a ipaq 212 with new Aust maps? I have installed tt7.450 - 9028 to my ipaq 212 enterprise running WM6.0 I did a factory reset, installed TT, did soft reset. TT starts ok finds map all OK. BUT ipaq startup with not enough memory to load bluetooth driver therefor no GPS. I looked for BTsdkce30.dll & btcorelf.dll to delete in the \windows dir but they are not there. Any suggestions? Rep Power: 23 ![]() ![]() ![]() | Is it just me or other people have the same opinion? I hate the last map by sensis!!! It is very useless to me for short trips. Every time I am planning a trip I have to check as it gives me all kind of crap routes until I get to a major road, even today it wanted me to do an extra 9 km to get to Ferntree Gulee road when I could simply get there. My misus wants the old map back as it was more sensible. |
