    That was easy.
Usualy when i don't get something after few attempts I start all over again, fresh.
First, try to find the actual meta file in your map folder and tell us you've got it.
Then, right mouse click the file and open with let's say Notepad and check for the line posted earlier.
Then, the only what you need to do is to tell the tt7_keygen file where is the file located.
Apart of that we can't really see what you have on your PC, and where is the meta file located. You have to do it yourself.

Had the problem... Then after wards I removed my Mem Card from my PDA and re inserted... Went through an automatic but basic setup proceedure and all works well..

Prior to that I followed instructions and installed and setup TT7 as instructed, but when I ran it I got the dreaded memory error...

Now running V6 and V7 maps..

    1. I am now running V7 on HP iPAQ 6965 with both maps V7 and V6.
    2. Scotsman - thanks for your help with this and even more so, with the previous V6 Plasma MegaPack.
    3. For those who don't know why use maps V6... If you are going overseas and you happen to have a fine collection of V6 maps and none of V7, ability to run these old V6 maps somehow becomes very valuable.
    4. Just as a point of interest. It appears that we can thank for this V7crack the friendly chaps from Poland. I assume this because the text inside Meta.txt file is in Polish.
Again - Thanks to all of you guys for your time spent on your contributions.

BTW. Any of you guys worked out yet how to transfer favourites from V6 to V7 ?
When I just copied TTN6 version of MapSettings.cfg to TTN7 map directory the whole program had simply failed to proceed... (any further than splash screen)

V7 with v7 maps all up and running fine on my Asus A636. All good and fast , good to see Eastlink is on it and a number of new streets in my area. I have no sound , but I noticed someone posted a fix so I will fix that today.

The map activation had me ****ed till I did a bit of reading at ppcwarez and worked out I had to run it from a command prompt.

Does anyone have V7 running on a symbian phone like a N80 ?

I don't think it will run on a Symbian phone otherwise I'd try it out on my 6220c.

PUCA, you need to be sure that the .meta & .meta.dct files are in your maps folder. for my pda i renamed my map folder Aus & just plunked all the files into it.

Working fine With Asus 636n and V720 maps with speedcams transferred from v6. Not sure about the maps though. Milton NSW has no streets other the Princes highway! Might duel load with v6 maps so I can swap and compare.
