skype usb phone any good ???

My daughter wants a skype setup so she can talk to her sister who is travaling
through the usa the Europe.

i was looking at the usb sets on ebay and was wondering what experience people have had with them in regards to quality etc.

as for our net connection we are on a 8000k so no issues with band width and pings are great.

I haven't used one but to give you idea what it may be like we have been using skype for a number of years with a headset/mic and the sound was crystal clear. 6 months ago the boss wanted pics so we bought a web cam and use the inbuilt mike and the pc speaker and more than happy with this solution also.

I use Phillips VOIP321 Skype phone and swear by it. Not good for Vista tho until proper Software is released..

This is the one i use and have found it ok.
