| _________________________  |  Reset SPA-2000 Hi, I have a spa-2000 ata which i have just had unlocked by Engin before i ended my account with them, i logged into the ata config to fill the details in from my new provider, all worked well, then i set the web interface username and password, now i cant get back in to the config page, dont know if i did a typo or what? so is there a way to reset this unit back to default settings? cheers |

| _________________________ | fixed! for anyone that needs to reset a SPA-2000 (Engin Voicebox 1) Factory reset Press **** Press 73738# Press 1 to confirm Enable web interface Press **** Press 7932# Press 1 to confirm Get ATA's IP Address Press **** Press 110# EDIT: Anyone using this should disconnect the ata from the internet. nothing, if you ask them to unlock your ata while you have an account, they just put you on a BYO plan, then cancel the account when they unlock it, costs about 30 bucks if you unlock and cancel at the same time. | |

About a week ago mate, i just rang them and asked for the box to be unlocked, they emailed me the BYO instructions. A few days later i rang up and cancelled my account. | |
