I have a strong 4365 have updated firmware to 120 but have no pics to pull the card out to update to 127p
will I have more luck trying 153p to get pics?

Another little tip after u do the strong fix change the picture settings to pal to stop the lines going up the screen.
i found a russain site with openbox firmware updates dating back to 2007
i have downloaded 5.00 to 5.45 for openbox 810x , anyone insterested in testing them
Those saying they cant get pics with 120 FW on the Strong boxes heres a tip..
Dont just sit there waiting for a pic, takes way to long, put the card in and if it says "Scrambled" take it out and out it back in, then repeat, after a few mins with the in/out action you will get pics, and as others have said remove the card super quick as soon as you hear the audio.. then do the firmware trick.
This worked for me.

I don't have a sellers card (nobody I know has one and efforts to find one have been unsuccessful - but that's another story). But I thought for interest I would log an old public gamma, a goldie, and a sub select card - all on C1 (MAX Music channel). The pids are 0x03ea and 0x1500. I have a humax 5400Z with serial port logger from card slot, as well as a DVB-S card in the PC.
I logged each card insertion via serial port, and for the gamma also logged the two pids simultaneously - in order to have the card-cam traffic AND the ECM AND EMM streams.
Of course the card-cam traffic may be different with the public card c/w the sellers card, but for what it's worth...
Previously it has been stated that the cards have been flooded with EMM's and also that the cards overheat presumably because they are running all the cryptoprocessing flat out. But what I saw was that:
1. the card was inundated with ECM's - pid 0x1500 contains loads of repeated packets, and the cam passes all of them through to the card, rather than filtering them as usually happens
2. the EMMs weren't being sent to the card, but that is probably because the card HSN has been removed from the card pool. Several EMMs did get through but these were packets addressed to the provider group.

Andrei Concert Yes, I managed to record the entire concert. Sitting on my DVD hard disk. Details for mailing it. This was done after I managed to reactivate my card first in a Humax and then Strong with 127

I think they just did a key roll 117p AU didn't appear to update
Purple CAM did the trick now back in the internal slot.
