Default Old GALAXY cards ??

Just wondering IF anyone has ever re programmed any of the old GALAXY Gold or Silver cards ??

I have 1 here (gold) thats been supposedly done previously & country code is ARG

have a few & tried to read them , but i cant find anything that will read them .. or even wipe them to start again...

the "Galaxy Silvers" are just silver cards.. etc..

Also got a "Purple Fun Galaxy"

Anyone got any ideas ???

just read it using GGe & the 3 CoCo's are ARG XFX ARG..

probably wont help.. but someone from the old days might remember this..

ARG country code used to get all the different versions of Galaxy- Foxtel.
This worked on the provided UEC box where you could choose from Foxtel for WA or NSW for example.
It was fun before getting red carded back in 2004 ish. Great for the different state versions of the AFL Channel that Foxtel had.
That card you have probably has a sellers code on it which could explain why you can't read the details off it.

I am guessing Galaxy is the brand on the card and not the old pay tv service
If your read it with GG Edit then it has Ghost Gold on it
What do you want to program on it, Aurora ?, thats about all they are good for.
For the silver card try LM Edit, it reads both Gold & Silver if it has Ghostamans code on it, or the silver might be Ausgold, the fun card could be DS9, they can all be ereased

OK . so its an early model Fox / goldie then... from wayyyyyy back...

sorry , i must have written it wrong.. this Gold Galaxy card i can read ok with GGe..

just all the other silver Galaxy cards etc that I cant get anything to read..

Might just try to prorgamme the Old gold galaxy again with Au*o*a details & see if it works again..

Is there any way to actually totaly wipe all details from a card & then start from scratch as if there are blanks ??

Some say "unknown ATR" can i get another ATR from a working gold card & send to these somehow ???

If LMedit don't work it might be the older V16 code.
The way to delete them completely is with a pic card programmer.
nothing that runs over a season/phoenix type interface will erase the pic.
