Help me with WP problem

I've used 3-hosting.net to host my wordpress blog. I've create db and suceess. But I can't access to install.php file to insltall my new Blog.

u two seem suss .. joined same time .. got same amount posts ... both got 2 links in sigs .. and wild gueess u two have same IP address !

could be a good call mate.
Its a shame to see forums going to the shitter with spam more and more these days

We auto moderate spammers and its extremely rare that members ever see spam on this site. So I dont know how we have "gone to the shitter".
