web\database partner needed

ive been asked to do a tender for a gov website\database maybe job.
im very basic at some of it so im looking for a partner to work with.
not sure whats involved yet, just been asked to provide a
CV, curriculum vitae for me + whoever (short resume)
anyone interested?
could be good $

Need more info mate.
I have a bit of experience with databases, SQL, web site development, and so forth.

Another avenue you can explore is to try tendering the job out to one of those websites where people put in bids to write you software and do your development work.
I can't think of the name of it, but basically you say "I want this done..." and people fron India, China, USA, Hong Kong, everywhere in the world, who are capable of doing what you ask, will put in bids, they have feedback and ratings, etc... and you can see the CV and previous work from each person before accepting their quote.

Sometimes it gets so competitive that it works out 10x cheaper to get it done this way rather than paying someone local.
