anyone know way to stop IE 7 from blocking Javascript Menu's?

Finally got around to redoing my whole web site and noticed that IE 7 is blocking the menu at top of the page ... is there a code tricks or stops IE 7 from doing this ?

DOH ! for some reason only does when I test site locally from HD but if I access it via web address all fine ! haha all good then ..

Have charge cheap here otherwise get no work at all ... even at them rates customers humm and har ... until I say ya wanna see prices the CITY slickers charge per hr... these days things are harder and ppl won't everything to cost near nothing ... plus there not a lot expenses .. travel only takes 5 mins to get to other side of city ... only small place ...
