Website Development quotes please

Hi Guys
i am looking to set up an online website that allows the potential customers to interactively design their own labels.
It would be basic in functionality, similar in concept to this site
assetlabels.com.au

unfortunately thats not my domain................

After design they can get an online quote and then purchase the product.
using paypal, eft, visa, mastercard etc.

any "guesstemates" on pricing is what i am looking at, i appreciate there are many variables that come into play.
or any other suggestions for layouts, concepts etc

i have other ideas for another couple of sites i need too which i am happy to discuss as well.

(btw these are not being "on-sold" as the domains are mine)

best to get a freelance pro to look at it and ask for a clone of that site,change colours ect.
i use Web Design, designs, Web Designing, designings, designer, Designers udayu
his pretty good and cheap.
they can do custom scripts,carts,cms systems.
probly under $1000.

i was hoping to mabe find a student that needed to do a web page project for TAFE or UNI.

happy to pay $$$, just not sure how much though.

i have a requirement for a couple of sites that are "static" probably 6 or so pages as well.

anway it gives me an idea to start with
