    Default Problem rreading file

    Hi
I am having a problem playing a video file encoded using the HEVC H-265 format.
I thought VLC was able but it plays normally for several seconds then turns to mush for a time then plays normally again.
This cycle repeats and makes the video unusable.
Thinking that I had a corrupted download I downloaded it again with the same result
Is there a program that can handle it or is it possible that the file is incorrectly coded?
    Thanks
For most of my life, I lived a delusion

    Not sure how relevant

I'd probably be looking for a copy in another format rather than stuffing around.
I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...

The videohelp forums suggest the use of PotPlayer .

+1 for , it is the only player I use. Flawlessly plays everything that I have ever thrown at it.

Interesting to see that PotPlayer has a 64 bit version as well. This could be interesting.
