I am guessing your using a standard 3 wire RCA type lead from the STB to the TV.
If you havent, try another cable, if thats no joy, plug the STB into another TV and see if that works.
If that works, try another devise into the TV AV ins and see what happens.
I know I am stating the bleedin' obvious but Red to Red, White to White and Yellow to Yellow.
One time I noticed on something when using the AV leads that it wasnt happy unless all three leads were properly connected.

I have a portable DVD player that has both IN and OUT AV options which I used recently on a Digital STB to check out a problem.
I stand unequivicably behind everything I say , I just dont ever remember saying it !!

So Gordon, what made you think that he has a problem with leads etc. He's only missing the audio from One after doing a rescan.

loanrangiel, have a look for a factory reset option, if not just disconnect the antenna and do a scan, this will delete all channels from memory. Then plug the antenna back in and do another scan and see what happens.

A re-scan has fixed the issue which is strange since it only happened after i did the last re-scan.

Mickstv, because I dont have and wouldnt know how to use Test Equipment, I look at the easy to check items first as its POSSIBLE that the cables MAY have been bumped, STB or the TV may have been moved ever so slightly enough to cause a plug not to make a clean connection.
I also do this to give the impression I am smarter than the average cinnamon coated DoNut which I am not but many times it works.
I have found HDMI cables need to be more carefully installed to make proper contact than the RCA types generally do.

Last week a neighbour called me as her VAST (I installed it for her) was showing No Signal.
She had moved the TV (55 inch) away from where it normally stands because the ceiling leaked during a very heavy storm but when she returned it, it showed No Signal.
When I moved it forward enough to see behind the TV, I dont know how they did it but the side mounted HDMI plug has been MASHED with the metal sleeve pulled off and exposing all the contacts.
I had to use a pair of pliers to extract the sleeve part from the Socket on the TV.
I had taken a spare HDMI cable with me and by using another of the HDMI connections, she had a signal again.
I stand unequivicably behind everything I say , I just dont ever remember saying it !!

Gordon if you reread the thread title and the first post in this thread, the fault was never going to be about faulty leads, he was only missing the audio on one TV channel. Faulty leads don't make the sound vanish on one channel but be fine on the rest..
