ts 0866 4 door controlor change over

Question tecom 4 door ts0866 door controlor
died.so i connected with titan upload the system
it has 4 dgps a couble ras.i swap the controlor over
send data to controlor but when i badge the reader
door 49,or 50 it saying invaild site code .
Any ideas why i checked menu 19,28, then 1 dgp then 1
controlor
site code is 225 and its in there correct???????
Any ideas???

Did you initialize the door controller after initial power up via 19 >> 28 >> DGP >> Option 3? This will wipe all memory in the controller, then perform a full download and try again.

I would also compare the site code/offset from a working four door controller with the one installed, and check last card badge on the new door controller to see what it is reading when you badge(19 >> 28 >> 4) and if it is correct.

techy21, you still don't get it. I'm happy to educate you.....

You see that "thumbs up" icon at the bottom of each post with the word "Thanks" next to it? (The one to the left of "Send PM"). Well you need to move your mouse pointer over it and click on the icon to register a Thanks for a post you found useful. Hope I spelled it out clearly enough.

Hey He (according to his words) got it working.
I would have thought the readers would have already initialised and if the programming was downloaded they would have been polled and working. Maybe no User or groups.
