    Default ttds help

    why does my ttds lock up when i try to start a game?
    I have a 4g card, with 15 games.
    I am going to format it an see what happens.

    Hi Nuckles,

    I got the same rig for my daughter and am still learning some tricks on the unit. It hasn't locked up, but she can only exit a game by switching the unit off.

    Formatting sounds like a good start, maybe try some games from another site and make sure the original TTDS software is clean.

    I did not end up formatting, just deleted the sav files seem to be working now?
    Will see how it goes.

    i had the same problem when i first got my daughters one and i just did a quick format and it usually does the trick.

    If you upgrade the OS files anytime you generally will need to delete the save files. Just fyi.
    What would you do if your server was stolen or failed beyond repair?

    Also found that by having the games in directories rather than all the files in the root helps...

    what file format is it FAT or FAT32

    off topic but with noting .... Thought I'd share this with you, had a friend who pulled out his microSd before it was finished, corrupted the card, he couldn't read it in his card reader or PC, I suggested he pop it into a sd holder and format it in a camera, worked a treat, recovered the card.
