    did you reboot?
delete the program file folder if its there.
check msconfig or regedit for traces of it.

give the free home version of superantispyware a go at removal if you are not confident at manual removal.

    reboot and run superantispyware again?

or click on Run.. and type in cmd and press enter

then at the prompt type in tasklist >tasklist.txt and press enter.

this will create a text file of your running tasks... open it in notepad and copy the text and paste it into a post here so we can have a look at what is running.

    or

check out this post and follow the link.. it will tell you how to run various anti malware apps and how to remove malware.

Even though O.P. formatted, it's worth noting that it's good to run a full spyware and virus scan in SAFE MODE. There are some tricky spyware/malware/virus programs out there that can do dodgy things to even the best scanners. In safe mode they're usually not loaded, so they can remove them with less hassle.
