    Default New SIM setup

Put a new SIM in my phone (Moto e 2nd Gen) and I get the following message:

    Configuration Update

There are profile updates for your phone:

    Access Point:
    Add: OptusZoo WAP
    Add: YESINTERNET
    Update: MMS
    Update: INTERNET

    Please make selection

    Postpone Delete Install

I have no idea. Pointers please.

The T&Cs for this SIM that I found on the 'net states that no use , no charge but $2/day if the phone is used. I notice that I have been billed $2/day since the SIM was installed.

Have the T&Cs changed or is there "something" the phone is doing? If the latter how do I determine what it is?

Just disable internet in settings and enable when needed. Apps are your problem they check now and then for information

Is it possible to determine which apps are the culprits?

As far as I understand the '$2 per day' charge is that it applies as soon as you turn the phone ON.........whether you make a call or not but as joezep says, the Apps or the phone itself (its a Computer, remember) is checking for any updates available.
They could of changed the T&C's now so that when you buy $20 worth of credit, you get 10 consecutive days of access, not as before over a longer period (30 days?)
I stand unequivicably behind everything I say , I just dont ever remember saying it !!

    The T&Cs state:

"The $2 fee is deducted from your credit when you make the first outbound standard national call, SMS or MMS, when you access Voicemail or use mobile data after 12:00:00 ... . You are not charged on the days you do not use the service for any of these usage types."

This would seem to be the case: I disabled The SIM for a couple of days and there was no charge for those days.

Any idea how to determine the apps that are the problem?

Got to go in every app and turn off notifications and also turn off location on your mobile they all use data. Sorry I have no experience with Moto e 2nd Gen.
