    BIOS
    1 x 32 Mbit flash
Use of licensed AMI UEFI BIOS
    PnP 1.0a, DMI 2.7, WfM 2.0, SM BIOS 2.7, ACPI 5.0

to much paste is as bad as none at all

you need to match the beep codes you receive exactly to the chart

Are you sure the reset switch isn't permanently stuck on?
The fact that there's a highway to hell and a stairway to heaven says a lot about the anticipated traffic flow.

your missing a obvious point here
    you've got 2 boards, 2 cpu's, 10,000 power supplies
tried everything but the simplest thing, another stick of ram?
when troubleshooting these things, its best to do the easiest things 1st, such as , RAM
you put board on a bench, hook up power with cpu & ram in, thats it
find the cmos jumper to clear the bios (or remove battery) or both
then start it by shorting the pw-switch pins with a screw driver

Ok bought some ram and yes this was the issue! Sorry Phil this attempt had multiple issues as it was water damaged and even the ram error beeps were not like the old slow beeps I was used to hearing. All fixed thanks for putting in the time helping resolve the issues.
