only just noticed there was a Firmware upgrade for the UEC DSD 4121 (& RV) not sure about other UEC Vast equipment
Now DSD SW: 2.409.15512 (Aug 7 2016 - 00: 08: 59)

And exactly what was achieved by the 8 minute, 199 partitions it updated ??

Good question Gordon .... I have only noticed that it formats the Hard Drive a very slight bit different ... so far ... (if you have the PVR version)
(I have also noticed the remote controls have changed design again in a new DSD4121 RV Package)

Thanks OSIRUS, can confirm that there is no OTA update available for the VAST UEC 4639.
